Kaya yoga

This is a course of exercises aimed at correcting muscular and joint dysfunctions, based on a physiologically and anatomically correct approach to the body. This course includes all the main types of physical activity – cardio, strength, dynamic, stretching and balance. As well as massage and pushing techniques.

Yoga for psychological balance

Classic yoga

This is a course of classes that includes both simpler exercises: entry-level asanas, breathing exercises, attention management techniques. So are exercises of a more complex level: reflection and control of emotions and analytical meditative techniques of classical Yoga.

One on one yoga with an instructor

Individual practice

This is a course of personal lessons that begins with the instructor’s diagnosis of posture, joint movements and muscle condition.

After that, the instructor draws up an individual training plan aimed at eliminating the identified physiological dysfunctions in the joints and muscles.

All yoga classes

Each class includes unique exercises and techniques designed to improve your physical and mental health.

Biomechanics of joints

The study of all joints of the body in all available planes of movement. Strengthening ligaments and muscles, increasing mobility and flexibility of joints.

Body sculpture

Strength muscle practice. The development of large muscles and the formation of muscle relief. Strengthening the bark.

Muscular-fascial glide

Punching shortened muscles and trigger zones using punching equipment. Improving lymphatic drainage, reducing muscle tension.

Vinyasas

A dynamic practice focused on physiological alignment. Spine correction. Elimination of asymmetries in the body.

Functional Geometry in Asanas

Deep stretch due to complex geometry in yoga poses. Development of body flexibility, increase in the range of motion in the joints.

Vyayama

Cardio practice and breathing exercises. Strengthening blood circulation and metabolic processes. Reducing the percentage of adipose tissue in the body.
About the Association

KayaYoga Swiss

The KayaYoga Swiss Association is a center for training in physiologically correct yoga practice, as well as techniques for controlling and managing the emotional sphere.

Our teachers have deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and biomechanics of movement, as well as psychology and classical yoga, which allows us to develop unique programs for physical and psycho-emotional development.

Classes are held in the format of group and individual online and offline lessons, as well as on-site seminars.
